Refund policy

ONLINE RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We are happy to provide you with an exchange or refund on all full priced items. Please see below for our return and exchange policy.

• If you wish to return OR exchange your online purchase please notify us at sales@urbanfable.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
• Items must be returned to Urban Fable within 14 days.
• Items must be returned undamaged, with tags attached, and in their original box.
• Returns or exchanges will be not be processed for items that have been altered, worn or washed.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges on SALE items.
• All returns and exchanges will not be processed until the product is returned to Urban Fable.
• The cost of returning your online purchase is not covered by Urban Fable. 
• Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are exchanging an item then we will process this exchange once we have received your returned item.
